Positive pressure thin phase conveying system
Thin-phase pneumatic transport is a general term for continuous gapless delivery where the pressure
of the entire pipeline system is greater than the local pressure. The gas pressure is lower than 0.1 Mpa,
and the main characteristics of positive pressure and dilute phase transport are large transport volume,
long transmission distance and stable operation.
Positive pressure pneumatic transmission is generally used as the power source. After the fan outlet passes
the cooler to reduce the gas temperature to the appropriate temperature, and then further filter the gas
is mixed with the material in the mixing room, and the material is suspended in the pipeline. After the material
gas mixture enters the separation equipment, the material is separated and the gas is discharged.
